Hockey Season 09/10 Drop the puck - it's hockey time!

Sun Sep 13, 2009 11:16 am

Come on then, I can't be the only TTF'er in love with the game! Partly to blame is my work experience, actually, fully to blame is my work experience filming it, that's what exposed me to it and now I'm going back for another season manning the cameras.

I'm a Manchester Phoenix fan, also follow the Detroit Red Wings in the NHL.

Going up to Altrincham today for a game, can't wait!
The Lonely end of the Rink- a great song, and it\'s usually the case when I go ice skating because I just can\'t keep up!

Wow thougth i was the only one! I was a season ticket holder back from the old stom days up to 2008, where i could no longer go due to work commitments! Still make as many games as i can thougth! Hope it was a good game today, not going to make it for a few weeks.

As well i'm a Manchester fan, but follow the penguins over in the NHL.

I've been telling myself that I must go and watch a Nottingham Panthers games since forever! I have quite a few friends who go regularly/have season tickets.

Ahhh M.E.N Arena back when the old video wall was around, and the cheesy but great videos :(. Remember when they did a firework special and had the whole top tier open and set them all of at the end of the game. Them were the days :P

Great to know I'm not the only one in love with the game!

Last night was good, won't say the result unless people want to know though :)

Great thing about crowd camera operating is you do see a fair bit of the game, right above centre ice as well!

Where was that Shent? I've been looking to play, probably roller since Staffs has NO local rink :( Any leagues in the county?
