Biker. Mice. From. Mars!! Everything I did as a kid would be based around the adventures of those legendary mice! Ahh so many memories...

Get Your Own Back with Dave Benson Phillips!

It didn't occur to me at the time but what sort of parent would agree to go on that show? Nutters...

- smART
- ZZZapp!! (actually made for deaf and hard of hearing kids, but awesome nonetheless).
- Art Attack!
- Gladiators! (With Ulrika Johnson and John "AWOOGA" Fashanu)
- Kris Akabusi
- Fort Boyard (and Melinda Messenger. I've got a more refined taste now, but as a kid...damn!)
- That brief period where everyone loved YoYos again

Yeah, I was a 90s kid.

I also had a crush on Baby Spice. I maintain she is the fittest even now, though.

They were, in hindsight, a bit of a motley crew though. When you consider the female popgroups of today.

This, scared the daylights out of me that damn spinning hand, and then the purple and yellow hands with all the clapping hands.

Fort boyard with graphicly tight shorts for the female contestants.

Well there were some great stuff on TV when I was growing up.

Saved by the bell being a brilliant Sat morning show!

Galaxy High: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hGkvaIbcbkI

Round the bend with Doc Croc: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3dhD8iMtjA

Thunder cats: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-sOaUAgbB4

The Raccoons: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiVOLvhvsyo

and how many cartoons have their own song written for them? ending credits song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usFFKNRB ... re=related

This is actually the cover version but its worth watching for 80s cheese!

Pole position: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dh_xGfrdbhY

Bill & Teds excellent adventures: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-iv82iJ_MT4 (got to love that theme tune!)

Back to the Future animated series: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWeOqWa3-ZM

One that not many people seem to remember, Capitan N the games master: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXGr3aBln38

There was just so much great stuff. You look at some of the stuff that is on now and its total dross. I truly believe the golden age of kids tv was the late 80s to mid 90s

Recently I started replaying Pokemon Emerald on my way to school to show my friend how easy it was (as he could never complete it). But now at school I've got at least 5 people playing it again. Not only do I feel proud, but the every note of music floods back memories, I encourage you every so often to revisit a childhood game however old you are. Nostalgia for the win.
