Paranormal Activity 5- Could this be the end?

Mon Aug 12, 2013 10:45 pm

I myself love the films, but I can't help but notice that
->this is about the girls last age faseleft (teenage)
->it has been pushed back to january
->it has a big name in this one (Demi Lovato)
->it's getting predictable

Also they have realised many titles that they could expand from...

This has 3 different ways it can be expanded
1-the young girl is ill all the time, she could be next
2-Sam draws the pictures, plus an alternate ending shows him with a nose bleed, could mean they were planning it
3-Jessy is hear via the Walkie talkie

So they have left them selfs a large load of films to fall back on too.

Discuss.

I do hope so -.- don't get me wrong, I love the films. BUT it is getting annoying :/ if you seen the end of credits scene at the end, you will know that the next one is going to be most likely set in a foreign country which the maid from the second film is living as she is seen it.

I hope they don't drag it out. I thought the forth one would be the end but alas it wasn't :/

I too like the films...but as always it went downhill after the first one.
The first film was absolutely brilliant. It was made so well that it could of actually happened.

For me, paranormal activity has always been more or less predictable, and I entirely agree with you all that they have gone down hill from the start, I think it's about time to put an end to the franchise. I mean, what more can they do with it? There are some absolutely amazing tales and urban legends out there that could be transformed into awesome horror movies, I'd like to see some more original story lines other than the 'moves house' or 'lost in the wood'  stories that are usually found with major horror films.

A Banshee film would work nicely
