I love the new game. It's innovative and still fun to play.

But it really shouldn't be called Five Nights at Freddy's 3. It should be Five Nights at Springtrap's, due to Freddy's secondary character-ness.

I hope it isn't the end of FNAF, but even the franchises' god (Markiplier) is sick of the game now.

Still, there are many fans of the game still thirsty for Freddy, so either way it wouldn't come as a surprise.

Alas, I have only one problem with the game: Bonnie isn't in it!!

Well the current screen on scottgames is a hat under a spotlight. Some people believe that that is the auction that is referenced in FNAF3 newspaper, and they are selling Freddy's hat. No idea what its supposed to represent though.

Selling Freddy's hat? Wow...

What did you think of the potential film?

It won't happen. It's just fan 'speculation' based off what they want to see.

The fandom will have died down by the time the film comes out.

Not necessarily. If Scott does do a FNAF 4, then fans will still be talking about it

I find the third a little boring... its too self explanitory how to win and you can keep Springy in one place easily (not literally, but you know what i mean)

It's certainly the most different game in the franchise but I think I preferred the format of Five Nights at Freddys 1 and 2. I reckon we may see a Five Nights at Fredbears or something but I think the franchise will have just about covered everything after the next game. I doubt anything will come of the film though, the fandom is dying down, even Markiplier (the franchises main player) thinks the franchise should end soon.

I'd see how they could do an FNAF 4, the phone guy references a restaurant called fredbears family diner or something in fnaf 2

I absolutely love the lore and back story of this game. Not only the effort went to by the person making the game, but also the things he left us out to rumour for ourselves. Although I am a big fan and feel if the third is the last, he ended it well and cleared up a lot of questions in the series etc.
(Although I'd love to see a fourth one! :P )

The disappearance of the hat shows quite clearly that there is something going, even if it is not a new FNAF game. I didn't actually realize that it had so much backstory tbh until I actually started playing it. I wont lie, its kinda died down for me as obviously for many other fans... maybe its time for a new series from him
