Indeed! I love the light of the marmaliser and screens being cast across the whole area.

I wouldn't have placed it as low if I had a night rides list, but I probably see where Dom is coming from (unless we have had two very different experiences). I think off ride The Smiler at night looks really good (obviously not as good as Wicker Man), the lighting of the Marmaliser is cool. On ride, I didn't think it was anything special, not like it was made out to be anyway.

I think it is a really good experience in the dark, especially going up the vertical lift hill and across the bunny hope.

I feel I need to explain my placing of the Smiler. There are various reasons why its so low for me, all of which are personal to me. I don't like this ride during the day. Its ride is terrible and I feel it gets rougher as the day goes on, so riding in the dark always feels like more of an endurance challenge as opposed to enjoyment. The light from the Marmaliser screens are too bright. It lights the area up so much that I feel it very slightly ruins Oblivion's drop in the dark. Also it's so loud. There is only so much ha ha ha I can take and at 8pmish after a day on park, I literally want to slap it. It is purely personal taste!

Rarely post but always find ranking coasters quite interesting to see everybody’s difference in opinions!
